I need 1 client who sends video and audio to a server The server will display all the connecting clients into a grid -Should use opencv and PyGui (qt) -Click on one camera in the server will make it go fullscreen -Clients should put their hostname on their camera feed We should not use any code that is GPL or any patented codecs. Bonus objectives -Motion detection with option to send email or text or audible alert. If motion is detected, flash that particular camera feed and show motion. -Person recognition to exclude them from motion detection -Recording of all camera streams on the server and upload them to a ftp server of choice -Two way audio from client to server and from server to client -Usable on Windows, Linux and Mac and iOS/Android ideally. -Mute audio/video on server and client -Option to manually add ip camera in the server bearing in mind different connection protocols ip cameras support (rtsp, http etc) -License plate detection
