Design of 7 floor office building

We are manufacturing company and we are planning to construct a new head office building in order to cater all the employees under one place. It was preliminary decide that building shall be having 7 floors together with basement car park. We need the support to complete full architectural design and structural design for the building. All the designs shall be comply with relevant engineering standard and design calculation should be submitted in order to internal and institutional approvals. Electrical, mechanical and plumbing design also will be needed. Whole building design will be outsourced as mentioned. Im maintenance officer of the company and I was asked to complete this project with 2 years period. We need to take approvals from councils soon. Hence we are in need of preliminary details at first and then detail designs. All the supporting materials can be given to correct hand.
