Designer for Sunglass Store

We are an existing high end Sunglass and optical shop and are looking for a designer/architect to help us remodel our store. We will be expanding into the neighbouring store and will be taking down the wall inbetween during our expansion.
Our store sells mostly sunglasses with a few eyeglasses. Our store is unique as we carry a far greater number of sunglasses than our competitors. Therefore the design must be modern and unique but must allow for a large inventory of sunglasses to be displayed clearly.
Bidders must be able to provide samples of previous work and previous experience in designing an optical/sunglass/eyeglass store will be advantageous.
Items that must be included in the price of the bid must include:
1. Highly detailed INTERIOR DRAWING displaying the locations and designs of the showcases, fixtures, walking areas, sitting areas, furniture etc.
2. Interior design must include drawings for lighting and entrance.
NOTE: Bidders must be willing to work with us to tweak and adjust designs using our suggestions/preferences.
3. Once these drawings have been approved, an AXONOMETRIC DRAWING will be required
4. If the axonometric drawing is approved: a detailed 3d interior rendering MAY be required depending on the design.
Bidder must be able to provide this if requested. If requested, 6 renderings will be required due to the size of the store.
5. Finally bidder must be able to provide the following drawings:
a. construction
b. millwork
c. electrical - these should be fairly basic as we are not looking to overhaul the electrical systems.
Along with your bid:
1. PLEASE PROVIDE SAMPLES OF PREVIOUSLY COMPLETED RETAIL STORE DESIGNS
2. PLEASE PROVIDE REFERENCES
More details will be provided to bidders who we like. We would like to start this project asap, so please only serious inquiries. Bidder must have feedback and satisfaction MUST be guaranteed. Payment will only be made once we are completely satisfied with the effort and work.
Remember, we are different from other stores, so the design must be unique, stylish, and yet still be able to showcase a large number of sunglasses.
