I'm an architect working since 2007 in architectural & interior design arena. Creating 3D model is not only my profession but also became a hobby. I can create 3D models within a very precise timing with proper detailing. I'll use Google SketchUp 2015 for modelling. I'm an expert in using this software. I can provide you the model in any format you would like to use for further development. I can also provide Realistic render as well as animation if you need. As this project is just to model, I'm not including the price for Render & Animation. I just need the CAD files. Any other sketches regarding this project will definitely help me to understand better.
