Based upon the requirements I see you have asked for all standard requirements of a Business Plan. If I sum up the financial section the parameters are P&L, Cash flow, Balance Sheet, NPV, IRR, Break-even point and a financial analysis section that will give the investor a clear picture of the business and the returns he can expect. We have standard templates in our repository that will help to derive error free numbers which you can also change as per your requirement. The templates capture all information and at the same time are easy to use. From my experience in working with multiple Business Plans, the principal requirement is to get the revenue model in place and from there draw the numbers which are achievable in the 1-5 year period. Therefore, I always freeze the revenue model and other requirements of the plan before I start the assignment. This helps to prevent unnecessary iterations which can affect the project schedule. I also like to create the plan in a way which contains only relevant information minus the unnecessary fluff just to increase the page numbers. Still the Business Plan document will be around 20-25 page as per my estimate. I can complete the Plan within the time and budget committed. I look forward to discuss this further with you.
