Crystal Reports - Skeletal Form

We are seeking to engage a skilled consultant to turn a current form into a crystal report template. There is no work to be done with formula’s as it will be done later, we just need all of the headings, lines, logo’s etc. exactly the same as the current template provided. The report is to be delivered in .rpt format compatible with the current version of Crystal Reports I have attached an example of a form and the successful consultant will be provided with the relevant logo’s, fonts details etc. There will be additional work for the successful consultant if the project is delivered to the high quality we expect.
