Hi, I am looking for a bookkeeper / accountant to input 470 transactions onto Quicken 2012 Deluxe edition, for an individual person. It is very important for this project that the bookkeeper / accountant has a copy of Quicken 2012 Deluxe for their own computer (otherwise I can't select you). All of the transactions are personal transactions (ie. non-business). The transactions cover the 4 month period July 1, 2015 to October 31, 2015. I just need a bookkeeper to input the transactions correctly, and if any particular transaction is not clear, to request additional information to help you complete the task. To help you in making a quotation I have included some additional details below to help you see how many hours of work might be involved. 2 bank statements. (175 transactions) 1 credit card statement. (295 transactions) 470 transactions in total. All of the transactions need inputting onto Quicken 2012 Deluxe edition - and then the completed file to be emailed to me so that I can then install this file onto the client's desktop pc. (My client has Quicken 2012 Deluxe edition. It is a desktop version and not an online version). At the end, after everything has been input onto Quicken 2012 Deluxe edition, all I need is the following reports sent to me in pdf: - Monthly Income & Expense reports for each of the 4 months (July 2015 to October 2015.) - Quarterly Income & Expense reports for Q1 (July 2015 to September 2015). - As well as a copy of the file so that the client can upload the data onto their computer. Keeping an up to date management account is very integral part of a business because it gives important feed back to stakeholders such as, enabling proper managing of a business base on that said produced through management and Financial accounts.
