assignment for the EO system

this shall be due by April 28th and shall be in the form of a report of a journal article OR sections 5.1 to 5.3 of Chapter 5 of the book for the course. The chapter is named Optical Modulators for Fiber Optic Sensors, the sections are Introduction, Electrooptic Effect and Bulk Modulators. You are required to write the report on EITHER the journal article or the three sections from the book chapter. The journal article is called Lightwave Applications of Fiber Bragg Gratings by C.R. Giles.
