Hello freelancers,
I am in need of a personal writer who can write for me in a timely basis. I am starting and e-book this season and I need help to write a 20-25 page e-book. This e-book is about Japanese culture and anime. Expect topics of What's, How's, Why's and Where's. This will be a long term job.
Requirement:
-Must have a good knowledge about Japanese culture and anime
-Must be able to meet daily deadline if asked to do so
-Must have skype (must be fun to talk to)
-Must be have a good/excellent command in English
-Must be very creative
-Must have knowledge about MS word 2010 and Adobe PDF conversion.
-Must have Paypal and/or be able to receive payment from Western Union
~To do~
-I will be contacting you on daily basis to write me a topic and must submit this topic within 24-48 hours depending on how long it will be. (if failed to do so - I wont fire you, but instead I will deduct 1,000 word payment from your work. But still you can continue writing and make up for the lost 1,000 words.)
-Every topic must pass copyscape. Any plagiarism detected will result to termination of contract.
-Must be able to contact me and reply everyday.
-All copyrights belong to me. This project cannot be used as portfolio and or be a sample article when applying to other employers.
~Payment~
-starting rate will be $[url removed, login to view] words. This will increase on weekly basis IF you consistently write good article
-payment will be bi-weekly during Saturdays (paypal or western union) - I will be asking for both once we talk in skype
Note: Before I award the writer, every applicant is entitled to write a 400-500 word article on HOW TO COSPLAY. Please include this article when you bid on this project. Once you are awarded, the sample article will be paid for. Failure to do so, application will be rejected.

As your payment starts off so low... why not take the chance and simply choose a candidate and get rid of them if they are bad. I will start work but would hope to earn more than 0.10/100...
