Cable Companies Service Area list, by zip code, city and state in the Uniteds States

I need a freelancer who is an IT person to use a script that can look up service coverage area for each cable company, in each and every zip code in the United states, Approximately 45 thousand zip codes exist in the US. Usually a real actual physical address in that zip code is required to look up potential coverage for that cable company in that zip code. This is done using the look up tool at each company website. I have provided most of the companies sites or links to each companies look up tool page where an address needs to be entered to look up possible coverage by that cable company, in that zip code, if i didnt provide the link, just go to that company's site and choose the "check for coverage" tab or button, that is the area where your script will plug in these addresses in each zip to check for coverage in that zip. If you don't have a way around this and need a real address in that zip code, This can be done by using [login to view URL], to look up any store in that zip code. If you simply type the word "store" in the "search for" tab at the top of the page at [login to view URL] and the zip code in the "Near what city or zip" box next to it, you get a big list of business addresses in that zip code, you can then use any one of those business addresses to enter into the cable companies site to check for service availability in that zip code for that cable company. I need that done for each cable company, in every zip code in the united states. The same address pulled from each zip code can be used to check at each cable companies site to see if that cable company provides service in that zip code. There are roughly 40-45 thousand zip codes in the united states, so each tab will need to have 40-45 thousand lines of data. If this creates too big of a file to have all the companies data in one file, feel free to save each cable companies data in its own individual file. There is a tab to show "yes" or "no" for that zip code for that cable company. There is also a tab for population, that tab is for the population of that city, not the zip code population. so you will need to have a script look that up as well. Let me repeat that, for each zip code, that zip code it part of a city obviously. That city's population is what we need. The city as a whole, that is the population needed. We realize that will create alot of duplicate population entry's as there are some cities that have many zip codes, like Los Angeles, well with that citys population being at 9-10 million people or so, so for every zip code in that city, next to it in the population box, it will say the same population number, whatever that is. That is what is needed. This should be able to be accomplished with some good code, script and scraping and then loading the data into the excel file provided, or making it 9 files, one for each cable company if needed if the files become too big. The less files the better obviously, ideally if all in one file then great but either way, we just need it completed as soon as possible. This is a very important and time sensitive project so I need to know you have read these instructions in full and understand them and the project completely. I would like to see an example using my file of 10 of 15 zip codes in a couple different cable company's tabs and an explanation of how you are going to accomplish this so i know you get it. Once awarded, we will need the first cable company service area zips completed and sent over for review before continuing to the next cable brand, so we know its being done correctly and completely as described above.
