Back Test Library for Trading System

Hello Everyone, I want to develop a software that people can use to design/develop a mechanical trading system. I want a library that can be used for this purpose. The library should enable a programmer to write, test and optimize computerized trading systems. The functions simulate trades on historical data and provide reports to analyze the results. I want you to only point me to a company that sells such libraries. Basically to develop a charting software if you know of company that can sell library that aid in various functions e.g. scanning, pattern recognition etc then its a bonus. For e.g. a company that does something like this is Modulusfe. But I don't want you to refer to them as they now lease rather than sell solutions. There are 1-2 companies that I want you to avoid. PM me and I will give you the names. To sum up: 1) Point me to a company that sell a library that I can use in my program. 2) Bonus: As I am making a charting software, point me to firms selling libraries that aids in this.
