Strategic Planning Manager, May 2016 - Present
Provides support to the Strategic Management and Corporate Planning team in the areas of market research, new service development and customer intelligence. It gathers and helps analyze information that is vital in developing recommendations to guide business and marketing decisions.
Conducted potential assessment study that determined the viability of a planned expansion of the hospital, which helped management come up with an objective decision. Determined the strategy to increase the average daily census for the new clinic having difficulty in meeting the target daily census. Market research was implemented in order to come up with the strategies.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Creates business plans for new opportunities or new clinic/hospital locations that the hospital can venture into. Presents the business plan to Senior Management for decision.
STRATEGIC PLANNING
Gathers and analyses information pertaining to new product launches or business opportunities. Comes up with strategies for the different centers/units of the hospital experiencing low average daily count or revenue. Involve in the development of the whole hospital’s business plan.
