Be my Mentor - I need Ruby Coach

I have some background in Programming, as well I have some experiences with Ruby as well, actually I make few simple programs with Ruby following book "Learn to Program" by Chris Pine. I am familiar with programming on basic level so I'm aware I'm not be able to get expert in 60 days or so. My main goal its to be able to make web application in ROR, and possibly move into program with Java. I'm looking for someone experienced with Ruby and Ruby on Rails framework with solid spoken English and some experiences with coaching/teaching Programming over Skype or similar voip program to be my mentor for few month. Keep in mind you are bidding for 1 month period.
