Autoblog creation - 5 needed

Hello, I need 5 autoblogs created. I'm looking for a pro designer to create several Wordpress sites, add in the necessary plug-ins, find the RSS feeds, plugin and go for it! I need autoping for search and various other marketing tasks automated through the blogs.. Looking for around $20 per blog..so a pro that knows how to do this easily..
