Directory Submissions and Article Submissions needed urgent

Hi there, I want a link builder urgently who can give me 50 Approved directory listings in 7 days. PR of each directory should be more than 2,other wise that link will not be considered and not paid. I want manual submissions....if any of the submissions will be made by any automated software of semi automated software then you will not be paid for it.
