Daily management (support, sales & marketing) of our network of websites

I own a small network of websites that I used to maintain myself. As I want to spend more time with my kids, I'm now looking for someone who wants to spend 1-2 hours per day (maybe even a little more later on) helping me to aggressively build and market these sites and the products I'm selling (mainly ebooks and advertising). You will need to be able to enhance all the sites, give them a new exciting look, cross promote our own products, do all SEO and other marketing tasks to increase targeted traffic, conversion and revenue/profit!!! To be able to do this job efficiently and successfully you need to consider yourself an expert online marketer with solid knowledge and skills in PHP, RUBY, HTML, CSS, CPANEL, WORDPRESS, JOOMLA, SEO as well as being a good Photoshop user. You need excellent communication and writing skills and have a go-getter personalit with very good(!) English skills. I would expect you to keep all the sites up and running, maintain and update the products, be on call to fix any and all problems that might occur, answer all helpdesk inquires, moderate a webmaster forum, build out the site's functionality, update the designs, hire and manage other programmers on [login to view URL] (as needed) and report your activities to me in a quick daily update email. The ultimate goal is high revenue/profits!!!
