Create keyowrds file from magazines

I need to extract keywords from magazine buyers guides and input into a text file. The words need to be a max of 30 characters so the way they are reduced to fit is important to finding the correct results. Since the words are used on eBay application for searches, so they must be unique and sensible to eBay searches. Payment is $1- for every 100 words, I have approximately 50 sites of 1200 words each. good typing and transcribing skills as well as awareness of eBay search results will win bid.
