create several MS Excel email lists from lists now in MS Word 2004 files

Need simple straightforwardExcel files set up and then have email lists now in MS Word 2004 inserted intoeach Excel file titled according to MS file title already in place...

? The Excel filesmust be emailable as attachments, as well as readable by MS Excel 2004 on ourMac OS [url removed, login to view] AND Mac OS 10.5 computers, and others’ Windows computers aswell.

? The Excel fileswill be used to send small batches of emails (about 20 at a time) through, Ibelieve, Overlook.

? One MS Word filehas about 1400 email addys in it. The other eight MS Word files have onlybetween 25 and 100 email addys in each, most more in the 25 addys range.

? 2.? We would also likeone blank Excel template for storing future emails we gather.

These MS Word lists to be transferred to Excel files, carry proprietary email addresses. These and the persons names and any other data lent by buyer to seller(coder) are forbidden to be stored, transferred or used by seller/ coder anywhere else or by anyone else... other than the holders of them, that is, us.

? The people who gave us their email addresses were promised their names and email addys and any other data would be kept private and that no spam or reselling or transfer of their data would ever be made to any entity.

? Utter confidentiality of our helpers/coders are thereby essential, as are clear plans to dispose of all work product on helper's/coder’s computer(s) once the job is completed and delivered in full and accepted by us. You will be required ... before job is assigned... to submit to us a two sentence affirmation in writing of your undertaking the confidentiality of this small project, and that you agree to dispose of our data securely after completion and acceptance of job.
