Hi, This can be achieved by designing SSIS package. SSIS package will import data from excel to database tables. Another approach is to save excel files as CSV and import data using BULK INSERT in SQL Server. I have 8.5 years experience in SQL Server 2005|2008|2008R2|2012 and involve in designing databases, Indexing Strategies, table partitioning, writing Stored Procedures, Triggers, functions and views. I have expertise in writing complex queries with proper joins and index selection. In past, i involved in balancing between concurrency and locking and lock escalation. Thanks, Ajay

Hello, Can you please specify more details about your project. Do you need a program for migration or one time migration. If program which platform do you need - SSIS, SQLCLR, .NET, etc. If onetime, will you provide access to database and sources or give me sources and expect me provide scripts or steps. How many tables are there. Is the migration from one excel sheet to one table. Is the migration column to column or any transformations needed. Thanks

Hi, I have done importing tables from CSV or Excel on numerous occasion using different technologies like SSIS, SQL Server Import Wizard. Also make sure the imported tables have proper constraints met and will have ACID properties. Very confident on better Error Handing and Error Reporting. Also, More than 8 years of solid experience in SQL Server BI. Extensive Experience on the Whole BI stack which includes (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS). Designed very large Data Warehouse (Star Schema) and reporting models Designed a User Report Writing Architecture using Data models exposed by both OLAP and OLTP databases.
