When the name, date of birth, and category (Labs) are all the same, we need to look for the most recent file to keep. The date to use is the one that is NOT in parentheses. In the case where all dates and times are the same use the highest digit found immediately before the 2nd date. Below I have marked the files that would be kept with red arrows.
