There is no claw back (Sale Return) in solar panel. The only important thing is that the sale leads may get refused in the very early stage if customer changes his mind. So we always keep 50% (approx) sale leads that can be rejected in the early stage when the customer is contacted for consultant's visit and initial deposit.
But the excellent side of this product is that firstly this product is for normal customer not specifically for business customer and the market is too wide and any one can be contacted to offer this product, secondly the product is not old it has come in the market in recent months so the potential is for next 4 to 5 years, thirdly not a complicated system is involved in selling, the sale agent has to offer the product to customer, in some cases customer already know about it but may ask couple of questions about the system, and if agrees, sales agent has to book an appointment for consultant, and when the consultant visits he explains everything in details and sign the documents and initial deposit. So the ratio of sale leads per sale agent is higher than any other product. In the end, average becomes much better.
