I need to have in Accounts 2 Roll-Up field on relating Contracts, and 1 Check field in Accounts based on Contracts.

1/ Check Field in Accounts

Name: Has Contracts

Set to True if Account has at least 1 Contract

2/ Roll-Up Field in Accounts

Name: Number of Contracts

Counts number of Contracts relating to Account (whatever their status is)

3/ Roll-Up Field in Accounts

Name: Number of Renewed Contracts

Counts the number of Contracts having Status set to "Renewed" and relating to Account.
