Configuration of TrueType fonts for TexLive

I require someone with expert experience in the use of various font faces and LaTex (specifically the Tex) who can re-configure our fonts so that they work seamlessly (i.e. no errors are reported) with the various tools we use. The fonts need to be able to work with Text and Mathematics (ie. all greek letters etc) Initial fonts of interest are: - Sans Serif / Times Roman (installed by default) - Verdana - Comic Sans - Computer Modern - Helvetica - Arial - Courier We need all the normal font faces, like bold, italics, but we'd also like variants of the font weight (i.e. fine, regular and strong). We need to produce from the LaTeX both raster and scalable images, i.e. GIF, SVG. The main challenge is making sure that all the fonts work equally well with tools like dvigif, dvisvgm, dvips and obviously latex. Given the varying scope, we're looking for a hourly rate. IMPORTANT: You must be able to remonstrate in your bid direct experience in this area. If you've not used LaTeX don't apply. Before selecting anyone we will need to chat you you through vWorker and test your technical understanding. We're looking for a long term relationship, with someone who can manage all out font needs going forward.
