Automatic place Advertisements on a website

I am looking for someone who can make a script for the following requests: Visit [login to view URL] This is a website in dutch language that can be used to place adds on different advertisement sites (sort of like ebay, but then for our country only) We have an account and if we are logged in we can PLACE AND DELETE advertisements (from now on I call this 'ADS'). I want this add placing process automated with the following demands: All info has to be taken from a CSV File we can generate ourselves (different files) - Fill in all needed forms/fields like add category, sub category, sub-sub category, ad title, ad extended description/text, price, payment options, etc. - Upload multiple images through this website's flash upload system ([login to view URL]) - Get the attributes like price, title, description, images etc, FROM A CSV FILE. So each column is an attribute. Your result should be a script, macro, executable or any other automation option to create these ads automatically when I load the CSV file. Your script/macro may use the browser like firefox or internet explorer or perhaps you can make it standalone software open and only care about the result: automation of placing and deleting these ads. The script/macro/programm/code/software should read from the CSV file, place the ad according to the details in the file Line 1, and when finished it should repeat (loop) itself for placing another ad with the details in line 2 of the csv file, and then line 3, and 4, etc etc.... for the complete csv file. Also it needs to be able to DELETE ads. We want to place the ads AGAIN avery day or week, so every time we run the script for new ads it should FIRST delete the older ads that were the same, since the website does NOT ALLOW double advertisements. Please also explain in your bid HOW you want to do this project, so explain if you want to make a script, executable, macro, software, etc...
