I am looking for a small program that will allow? a Bill Acceptor via Serial Port to interface with a .txt file. The bill acceptor sends a pulse through the [serial port][1] every time a dollar is inserted into the bill acceptor. For example, if a $1 bill is inserted one pulse is sent, if a $5 bill is inserted 5 pulses are sent.
