Browser Compatability Issues - Long Term Relationship Needed

I'm having some browser compatibility issues with one of my projects. Please view the attached ZIP file. I need someone who can perform well on this project for $30, and be handed about 5 projects per week to make sure that these issues do not come up again. Please do not PM me with a huge list of websites you've done, or a resume, or anything like that. Take a look at the screenshots and PM me with what you think the problem is. There is a MAXIMUM 24 hour turn-around on this. Escrow will be provided via GAF for this project, but future projects will be via PayPal.
