Auto Capture Script

We need a software that would auto refresh internet browser and capture appraisal orders. Right now we are manually refreshing the website and wait for appraisal orders to appear in the queue. When an appraisal order shows up on the screen, we have to click the link "View Offer" and then click on "Accept" button. There are many appraisers competing for these orders, so this should happen fast. We need to automate this process. So we need a software that would secure orders from the vendor's website. The software has to auto-refresh the page and accept all the orders. Working copy is required prior to payment!!! $65
