Design of Systems Integration of SaaS Applications in a custom platform

Technology and Architectural Competencies • Significant experience designing large-scale, highly integrated systems • Experience with industry standard architecture patterns and design methodologies • Extensive experience with technical problem solving, debugging and troubleshooting • Good to have Infrastructure design and data center architecture design experience • Exposure in designing / Integrating SaaS Applications for verticalised industry segments such as Healthcare, Education, Travel etc • Exposure to Cloud storage technologies • An understanding of the persona and financial metrics that make up todays Data Centre operations and the ability to explain what needs to change from finance, organization, culture and product/ solution point-of-view for IT to become a broker of services for the business and deliver IT-as-a-Service (ITaasS). • Expertise in Change Management and Transformation of the full complement of People, • Process and Technology is critical to presenting a solution that is aligned to the customer’s long term strategy. As well as proposing the solution, the architect must also be capable of helping the customer understand the business impact and change required to adopt a cloud methodology. • Experience with IT automation/orchestration systems and IT operations tools (VMware, • BMC, HP, IBM/Tivoli, CA, Microsoft) • Proven experience delivering IT organization transformation projects • Understanding of Cloud Computing operating principles, features, and benefits for Service Providers, Enterprise, Small, and Medium-size business customers. • Familiarity with systems management concepts, processes and standards; Capacity / performance management and tuning; and storage and network management • Working experience with 3rd Party SaaS applications on CRM, ERP, Finance, HR etc
