Create software window CE 6.0 C#

Hi, i need to create a software for window CE 6.0, i going to work with the rs232 output of a MDT touchscreen, the software need to be like the picture, that i attached. When you click on every white box, need to show the name on the center of the screen, also show a start button for a timer., after show stop button, when i click on stop, it need to send the time by the rs232 port. like: "EV05|14:00" Also it need to have a login page, one input box, the go to the main software.
