add user rights and audit trail log to an existing app

Audit trail log ( log all user activity) date: 09/07/2014 • Need to add an audit trail log which logs all user activities with datetime. |logins | data input|data edit| data delete • The table must include colums | datetime | usernumber|username|studentNumber|studentname|coursename| details • Only admin can view this log. • Search option 2. User types and and rights. Global user: This user all access all sections Specific section user: This user got access a specific section only Ready only user: (check box) This user has no edit or data add rights.
