AJAX Avatar Chat Template

I would like a template to be created that will allow me to make multiple chat rooms which will feature a customizable avatar. I have created an ASP/SQL login and account system, which will store info about the user and their customizations, very much like habbo hotel. The chat is to look simple. The user moves an image around the screen. (character) The name of the user is below the image, and a speech bubble, containing the last thing they said, will be above the image. To move the character, the user simply clicks on the place he would like to move to. In the future, I would like to add a simple game, so that a user may challenge another to a simple card based game. The template must be skinable (ill create all graphics) and must work in the Safari web browser. (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
