need help setting up a blog site in hong kong. You will need to: 1) identify a Hong Kong based site to host the blog 2) find and install (hopefully free) blogging software which will: A) permit all comments to be mediated before posting B) require all posters to create an identity on the blog and have that identity verified by email before being operational Design and appearance not critical; this is for hosting business discussions, i.e. no need to waste time on clever designs need only basic functionality Im looking for turnkey operation; an operational blog that I can mediate and manage after setup.
