Dreamweaver Spry Menu Needs Completion

I have been unable to make a horizontal spry menu work in both Firefox and IE. Right now it works in IE but not Firefox. I need someone to fix this so that it works in all browsers with the links also working correctly. Should be easy for someone who knows spry menus. Will furnish html, css, and spry files. To sumarize: The horizontal menu contains four items. The four titles have been inserted. The submenu titles have been inserted. The submenu links have all been inserted.
