Arabic phoneme labelling software

Hello!

I am looking for somebody who has access (or who has developed) to a speech labelling software which can automatically label recorded speech and extract the phonemes.

This is a software where you input a text and a speech recording file.

The software will automatically analyze the speech recording and output the estimated results where phonemes start and end.

Usually, such software uses HMMs to achieve this. This is a mathematical alogrithm.
