Hello, I'm embedded programmer and can write software to you. Please, give me more details about input sensors, and how arduino should save/show data. If it is simple - I'll reduce price. If not - I can do very complex problem too.

Your description is a bit confusing but what I think you are asking for is an Arduino motor driver for Azimuth and Elevation control to point in a direction as determined by Az and El analogue signal level computations from a MS Windows application, a VB.Net app would be all you need. I can post a video of a desktop sized solar tracker using an Arduino Uno to compute the solar position based on GPS coordinates and time. The video I have is a demo of the gimble moving at high rate to simulate the range of motion and speed well beyond that of normal operation. I am also familiar with the machinery of larger apertures. What are the gear lash (slop in the gears) requirements? How precision does this need to be? How much mass is needing to be supported and moved and what is the angular moment as well as wind load needed to be worked against? Arduino can drive any size stepper controller for heavy work but for table sized things a strong servo might be ok... depending on the targeting accuracy requirement. Writing a VB.net application to computer pointing information and sending that over to the Arduino is easy. If using relative signal strength to slew the aperture is all that is being done then no GPS fix on the ground is needed, assuming I understand the tracking goal correctly.
