Hi - Thanks.. My quick understanding here is you are looking for a dynamic form generation, this form can be created online/web. Hence we would have some basic fields like textbox, button, check box, dropdown. Then we would create the form with these controls and export it to a html format thereby the same can be used by anyone.. Is that right.. 1. Drag and drop components - Can be done with HTML 5 + Asp.net 2. Bootstrap compatible - Sure so shall make RWD 3. Editable elements - PLEASE EXPLAIN DETAIL 4 should generate html5 as output. - Save can be in html format and hence can store the same in datab or so 5. Can work with templatazation. - I believe the dynamic forms created should also be saved as template and reused..
