Calendar-Planning tool

I'm looking for someone that can create an online calendar/ planning tool. This should be an combination between a calendar like google calendar and an excel sheet. The calendar should be horizontal and the task have to be at the left side, bundled in groups and subgroups. Some tasks are scheduled on a date/ time and can be deleted when completed (like a todo-list) others are 'forever' and return at certain dates. There should be multiple views available, like a day, week, month view, and a option to zoom out 'back in time'. There should be an option to add a 'comment' to a task on the timeline and these comments should be visible when you zoom out. Something like the comments you can add in google analytics, to point out an event or happening. This are the basic needs, and if this works there should come a function to add users, that only can see the tasks their 'role' allows. The tool should work a bit like Project Libre, but with a better UI, some different options and web-based.
