We have compiling all legal documents and organize them as per catagory. For the next step we want to store all the files digitally, so that we can find the document easily. My plan is to change all of these documents into digital by firstly scan all of the document one by one then grouping all the data according to its type of documents in order of the date of isuance and accordance with the type of documents. For instance, the article of asociation and the related supporting documents such as Domicile License, Compay's Tax Registration Number, Permit from Ministry of Justice made in one group.
