Have you heard of a piece of software called SpanDSP?
Probably not.
SpanDSP is a sofware modem, that can act as one end of a phone modem connection, or a fax machine.
It contains routines to encode and decode various modulations standards, while dealing with noise.
I can make use of the code to produce a program that decodes your audio.
I will write cross-platform source that can be compiled to either windows or linux, or (probably) MacOS.
Please note, for a decoder to work the source files (signal) must be of sufficient quality so the data can be filtered out from the noise. Also the symbol rate of the signal may need to be specified.
