Detect names of players in your game

As the project titles says I am looking for somebody to write a module that would detect names of player in your current/ongoing game and associate those with steam IDs(Steam games) for further manipulation. Any technique/language allowed,memory reading, traffic scanning, anything that works, obviously official API would be preferred. If you can only do one of those games still let me know!! Games in questions: Dota 2, CS:GO, Starcraft 2 We're mostly looking for this to work for Windows client side. There is more work to follow of course but this module is critical so looking first for people capable of achieving our goals.
