My previous contractor had finished 50% of the programme, we are using the autocad DXF library and create a c# based programming, this application shall able to input the dxf files, analyse the layers of the drawing by pre-defined commands, and auto plot the some legends onto the drawing, the output shall be the .dxf drawing as well. the source code of previously steps will be provided
