A New module for Odoo 8 and 9 is required

We need to introduce the capability of a visit to odoo 8 and 9 by which an agent can schedule a visit to a to a customer after a mutual agreement through a phone call. When logging a phone call or marking a phone call as completed the user should have the capability of scheduling a visit for a customer. This visit should have a description and status.
1- Create under Sales->Customers "visit".
a. Visit will be added at the top right tab near opportunities and leads
b. Opportunities and leads will be removed and there are no need for them.
c. A visit can be scheduled by creating a button "schedule a visit" under the "logged call" screen. Or can be created using a menu appearing under "Sales" ->"visits"
d. A visit will appear in the calendar.
e. A visit will be assigned to an Agent.
f. A visit will have a list of states:
i. Scheduled: In which the visit is assigned to an agent and added to the calendar of both: the agent and the customer.
ii. Completed: meaning that the agent has already completed the visit.
The new module should be well documented in terms of the source code.
