Hi! Can do it using python, is this good enough for you? The software will run on Linux and Windows for sure, if need can test it on OS X too, will scrap any PDF that have a similar structure to those showed by you, exporting it to a CSV file that you can import to Excel or any database you are using. Hi I ran a quick pilot test on your PDF to see if there is a way to scrape it into CSV. I can confirm that I can create the custom scraper using PHP that will accept the URL of PDF file similar to example files provided, and will output the mentioned columns in CSV file. The idea is very straighforward, it will be just download the pdf from the url to a temporal file, and then using a PDF Reader library, like PDFBox, for Java to read the text. Greeting! I can develop a script (Node.js) that will be quite easy-to-use. The only thing you will need to do to get the results - is to click a file which then will be opened in your browser. It will have a simple web-interface with an input element, where you have to paste URL to pdf-file, a status-bar and a button that will let you download a csv-file. Or, I can develop a script, which will use only the console and do all the job automatically (you will only need to paste URL and script will dowload, scrape and save scv-file in the same folder), see my portfolio for an example. I have just scraped the PDFs from your project description and it seems good, now I only need to organize the parsed data correctly in scv-format, and create the web-interface. All of this will take a day for me. Any of the above can be changed due to your suggestions. Will be glad working with you.
