I need some skeleton code created to start a project for a raspberry Pi 2 .... must be in python use the camera to take a picture of a Tennis Courts , detect the boundaries of the court (edges, see attached pix ) The lines of the boundaries are always in white . Save that as a pic or the most efficient way, because the camera once set will not move. Then use Motion Detection for the tennis ball . If it lands beyond the boundaries (edges, white lines) the computer prints "Out" otherwise it keeps motion tracking the the ball and where it lands and save the x,y coordinates (it will display on a LED screen and transmit coordinates to web server this I will do ) Please Comment your code well ... The job is considered complete when I can load the program on my raspberry PI 2 and it runs. It this is the first time we work together please don't ask for advances until the project is complete. You will see from my rating I am very good to work for, because if you do a good job and keep you code a simple as possible this will led to more work that could continue for years .
