chat bot creation!!

Hi, this does seem like a interesting project. Would like more details on the requirements of your chat bot. I am an experienced Python Developer but I will have to up skill on AIML but that is something that I love to-do. The XML syntax does seem easy to learn. Would be open to adjust price and time with a detailed specification on your requirements
