i have been asked to present remarks at a bar association memorial service for attorneys who have died in the past year. the remarks should be ten minutes long. I know many but not all of the men and women who died. i am in my late 50's. i would like a contemporary tone, some humorous passage(s), some passage about how we should aspire to be about something bigger than ourselves, not overly dramatic or morose
the audience will be approx 100-150 people-composed of the family members of the deceased, lawyers and judges.
