ARIN IP Justification for Dedicated Server form - Approval

Hello,

I'd like to order a dedicated server with 256 ip's. However, the hosting company requires ip justification for that many ip's. As ARIN, wants me to provide detailed information on how the ip's would be used. I'm looking for someone who has done this before and knows what their doing. I will not be using this for any illegal activity. I just don't want to have my application denied. So if your familiar with the ip justification form and have gotten it approved a number of times. Please feel free to bid on this project.
