A new way of selling affiliate products (php developer)

There is a huge opportunity that all other similar services overlook, not taking advantage of the moment when people are most ready to pay for an e-product. Tasks: * Draft a trail version purely for testing * Develop a payment service * Develop an affiliate application service * Develop an automated split test program I'll want applicants to be able to write up daily progress emails and join me on skype once or twice a week. Experience should focus on security related projects, building trusted pages with confidential information and credit card details. Creative innovation and abstract problem solving skills are also great. During the beginning of the job you will be working by yourself but I will be doing a lot of research and giving you a lot of feedback. Later on in the process we may consider more staff for less specific tasks and conference calls will present tasks for the week. An emphasis will be placed on manoeuvrability, responding to changes quickly and using the appropriate metrics to make decisions. My particular idea for the project (the twist) will be discussed at the end of the selection process under a non-disclosure work agreement. I'm really excited about developing this idea, helping people make more sales and giving good quality affiliate products more exposure. Other important points to note are that I expect you to be blunt rather than always trying not to hurt feelings, if something doesn't sound right, speak up.
