Data importing into Accounting Software - French UI

We are looking to import invoicing data records into Simply Accounting (French UI) as oppose to manual entry. The invoice data is coming from a third party custom application. What we require is software expertise to define the limitations of what can and cannot be easily imported into the software. We will also require a guideline / sample data import file which we can leverage to build the third party custom application data export”
