Asterisk with web interface for mass faxing

We are looking for a robust FoIP solution with Asterisk or similar. The solution needs to have a web interface to configure the server and another web interface to send mass faxes by selecting groups of users. The users should be stored in a MySQL database. Ideally, the solution would also provide us with an option to bill users who are using this solution to send faxes. The server has the following configuration: Linux open SUSE 10.3 2 x 2,6 GHz 4 GB RAM 100 MB internet connection Please bear in mind that this is a rented dedicated server and we are unable to add any hardware to it. You should be able to demonstrate the features and benefits of the solution preferably through an online demo or an existing solution. You should configure the software with two existing SIP providers that support the T38 fax protocol and give us a 30 minute introduction on how to configure the server. Please bid only if you have expertise in this area and if you can demonstrate that you have done such setups before.
